By submitting this application, I understand that applying does not guarantee acceptance into the

SSS Senior Rep Team


If selected, I understand that I will be expected to actively participate in  Rep Team sessions and events throughout the year, positively represent Sara Sophia Studio, and complete the program investment of $650 (divided into 3 payments), which includes my Senior Session and all Rep Team  experiences


I understand  that parent/guardian approval is required before final acceptance


Selected finalists will be invited to a short Zoom call before the final team is announced.
