1. BOOKING AND PLANNING
Your senior experience officially begins with an inquiry! Once you reach out, we’ll start chatting about available dates, timing, and what package works best for you
Once we've landed on the perfect date, I’ll send over your contract and retainer invoice. Once both are completed, your session is officially booked and secured on my calendar!
From here on out, everything is planned intentionally around you — no guessing, no stress.
2: QUESTIONNAIRE + STYLE GUIDE
The fun planning really begins! You’ll receive a detailed Senior Questionnaire where you can share everything from outfit ideas and locations you love to hobbies, sports, , and any inspiration you want me to see. This helps me fully customize your session so it feels personal, meaningful, and 100% you.
Along with your questionnaire, you’ll receive my Senior Style Guide — a 34-page guide packed with tips, tricks, outfit guidance, location ideas, shoot-day expectations, and everything you need to know from start to finish. This guide was custom-created by me and designed to answer all your questions before you even think to ask them.
Class of 2026 is the very first class to receive this guide, and it’s meant to make you feel confident, prepared, and excited heading into your session.
3. Shoot day!
Shoot day is all about fun, confidence, and bringing everything we planned to life. I’ll guide you through poses, movement, and locations so you never feel awkward or unsure — no modeling experience needed! Your only job is to show up, trust the process, and enjoy the experience.
From start to finish, the session is relaxed, intentional, and completely centered around you!
4. DELIVERY + SNEAK PEEKS
After your session, you’ll receive sneak peeks 24-48 hours after your session so you can start sharing and celebrating right away!
Your full online gallery will be delivered within 3–4 weeks. From there, you’ll be able to easily download, share, and order professional-quality prints and products directly from your gallery. Everything is streamlined, simple, and designed to make reliving your session easy and fun.

I started photographing seniors during my own senior year of high school, which means I truly understand how big ( and emotional ) this season of life can feel. Senior year is busy, exciting, and sometimes overwhelming, and having photos taken was one of the few moments where I got to slow down, feel confident, and celebrate everything I had worked toward. That experience is what inspired me to start photographing seniors myself
Over the past four years, I’ve grown not just as a photographer, but in understanding what seniors actually need to feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera. I'M READY! HOW DO I MAKE IT OFFICIAL?
In order to reserve a date with Sophia, $100 is due up front as a retainer, along with the signed contract. The remaining amount + any relevant travel fees are due two weeks before your session date.
